Shipping:
We throughly inspect all items before packaging and shipping to insure you are getting a quality product. If any items arrive damaged, or get lost in the mail, You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Paisleigh's Corner Boutique is not responsible for any damaged products that happen during shipping. We will not refund or exchange broken or lost items. Also note that if you choose one day shipping then that means one day from the time it reaches the carrier. It takes 3-6 business days for us to process the order and get it over to the carrier.
Returns:
If bought online: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Paisleigh's Corner Boutique if you are not please read below.
We accept returns for in store credit received to us within 10 business days( Once the shipping carrier delivers your package) We will inspect the item(s) once we receive them and will will issue you a store credit via email within 5-10 business days. If items are returned not in the condition of our guidelines you will NOT be issued a store credit. Here's the breakdown on what is expected when returned by mail or in store purchases: Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered and have original tags attached to receive a in store credit. Gift cards, accessories, lingerie, jewelry are ALL SALES FINAL.
Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are all sales final. Shipping fees are non refundable.
If bought in store : Please inspect your item before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied. If item is found defective within 7 days of the purchase date, item may be exchanged for another item or store credit upon managements approval. No cash or card refunds. Any sales we do in store are all sales final. We will not accept returns on items that are marked down or discounted.

IN-STORE PICKUP ITEMS: After choosing in store pickup we will have your item ready to be picked up the next day. Please try to pick up your items as soon as you can :)
